As assistant principal of Waterford High School, I am committed to joining the administrative team in cultivating positive and collaborative relationships with students, faculty, staff, parents, and community members, and establishing a culture of continuous improvement that sets high expectations for all stakeholders. My main focus is on developing a vision for our students, providing leadership and guidance to the faculty and staff, and making well informed decisions that are in the best interest of our students.
From the moment I arrived at Waterford, I have been thoroughly impressed with the level of determination and effort Waterford Public Schools demonstrates in addressing all facets of student learning. It is very apparent how vested the district is in working together in professional learning communities to improve not only the formal education of students but also their social and emotional development as well. Waterford is a high performing school district that understands and values the importance of educating the whole child.
